How to keep dough from sticking to your hands

You asked for kitchen tips to help save you time, and we are here to help! Today’s tip is how to prevent your hands from sticking to the dough when kneading.

We already told you how to keep the dough from sticking to the counter top, but what about your hands? If you’ve ever kneaded sticky dough, then you understand the frustration when all of the dough clumps off and sticks to your fingers. Try this: Place a small amount of oil in your hands and rub it all over, as if you were applying a hand lotion. This will keep the dough from sticking to you and keep it where it belongs.
