How do you start your day? When the weather is warm, one of my favorite breakfast choices is a delicious smoothie. Today, I’m sharing a recipe for a healthy breakfast shake.
“Start Your Day Off Right” Breakfast Shake: Brought to you by Cuisipro
Ingredients:
1 cup (250 ml) plain yogurt
1 banana
½ cup (125 ml) orange juice
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
1 tbsp (15 ml) toasted wheat germ
Just combine all of the above ingredients in a blender with a few ice cubes and blend until smooth.
