This is by far one of the best caramel apples I have ever tasted. It’s the recipe for Apple Pie Caramel Apples. Check out the recipe below:
Recipe for Apple Pie Caramel Apple
Ingredients:
- Green Granny Smith Apple
- Peter’s Caramel
- Vanilla A’Peels
- Cinnamon & Sugar Mix
Instructions:
1. After properly preparing the apple to be dipped and melting the caramel, dip the apple in the hot caramel. Let stand on parchment paper.
2. Melt the vanilla a’peels. Once they reach the proper consistency, dip the caramel coated apple into the white chocolate. (Here’s how to melt a compound coating).
3. Immediately dip the chocolate-dipped apple into a bowl of cinnamon and sugar. Be sure to coat each side.
4. Let the apple sit on parchment paper until the chocolate sets. Once it sets, eat and enjoy!

December 13, 2016 at 1:21 pmoften times bubbles are from too much stirring. If you stir the caramel too much while its melting it will create air pockets when you dip your apples.
