Totally Awesome Fudge: Brought to you by Desiree Ward
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup maple syrup or agave
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a greased glass 8×8″ pan. If you have a silicone mold it works even better and you don’t have to grease it.
3. Freeze the fudge until hard. (You can store the fudge in the freezer). When you want to eat it, pull it out of the freezer and let it soften for a while. If you store it outside of the freezer, it may start to soften and lose its shape.
*Optional: Mix in almonds, cashews, golden raisins, unsweetened coconut, or anything else you may like.
