Boxwood Clippings Post: Birthday Party Ideas

Hi Everyone, it’s Sarah and Emily here from Boxwood Clippings.  We’re so excited to share with you a little party we put together to celebrate Sarah’s twins turning one!

For their special day, we themed the party around Classic Winnie-The-Pooh.

For lunch, we served the little party guests a mini packed lunch which was a big hit!

We packed mini PB+J’s, chips, veggies, and cookies snugly in our favorite gingham boxes (HERE). We tied each box up with string and wrote each child’s name to double as a place-setting. The children loved having their own assigned place and box, we even had a few children ask to bring their empty boxes home!

Our favorite part were the mini cups and paper straws (HERE and HERE) and the Meri Meri paper products.

We loved the pretty napkins so much we even made a banner for party decor!

Of course we had to have a little sugar!

Bulk taffy (HERE) and ‘honey bee’ cupcakes made the perfect treats.

Serving extra simple food made for a stress-free party. It was all about the food presentation with Gygi’s ‘mini’ products that made everything so festive and fun.

    Hi,
Could you tell me what size plastic cups were used for the veggies & dip? Also, do you sell the polka dot cups that the cupcakes are in? Lastly, do you sell the cupcake stands?
    Thanks, Sara
