Marinades are a great way to tenderize or add flavor to your ingredient of choice, whether it be meat or veggies. However, the best part about marinades is just how easy they are to make! Use this easy 3-ingredient marinade guide to save time, make an incredible dish, and impress your family or guests.
We have a quick and easy marinade guide that pairs well with steak, chicken, or pork. It’s only three ingredients and works with an array of seasonings.
What you’ll need
1 cup oil of your choice (we love using olive oil)
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon seasoning
Try using a spice blend that is more of a rub for a better marinade. We’ve broken down which rubs pair well with different meats and veggies:
Balsamic Rub: poultry, beef, pork, fish, vegetables
Stampede Steak Rub: poultry, beef, pork, vegetables
Rotisserie Rub: Poultry, beef, pork, fish, vegetables
Rosemary Rub: poultry, beef, pork, fish, vegetables
Tuscan Rub: poultry, beef, pork, vegetables
After combining the oil, vinegar, and seasoning into a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Pour the marinade over your ingredient of choice in a separate bowl. Cook your ingredient, whether it be poultry, beef, pork, fish, or vegetables, according to their specific temperature requirements.
Enjoy!
