The time we have all been waiting for is finally here. We’ll be posting all the great summer recipes and tips from our annual Grilling Gala this entire week. These recipes go great with summer backyard barbecues or evening get-togethers. We thought we would start the Grilling Gala posts off with these mouth-watering beef sliders made by the one-and-only Chef Todd.
What you’ll need
3 pounds ground beef (or lamb)
1/2 cup yellow onions (minced)
1 tablespoon thyme
1/4 cup parsley sprig (chopped)
2 tablespoons Chef Todd’s Pit Seasoning
2 tablespoons garlic
Mix all ingredients together until they are well blended. Portion the sliders into 2.5 oz portions packed into patties. Sear the meat, whether you’re working with lamb or beef, in a hot skillet to caramelize. Then move to a hot grill and cook to medium well.
Grill the bun and serve with desired toppings. We suggest using aioli, swiss cheese, and caramelized onions and mushrooms.
Top with a toothpick to hold the beef sliders together and enjoy!
